The Stereo Hybrid ONE55 C:68X SLT 750 29 is a game-changer, blending CUBE´s lightest-ever hybrid full-suspension intube frame with a progressive geometry for genuinely kick-ass alpine trail performance, both up and down. Sram’s wireless Eagle AXS XX1 Eagle 1×12 transmission works with Bosch’s fourth-generation CX drive unit and a 750Wh battery to deliver miles of mountain-taming pedalling and seamless, perfect shifts every time. Newmen Advanced carbon wheels shod with Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.4in tyres are held in check by Magura’s powerful MT7 hydraulic discs and oversized rotors. And a Fox 36 Factory Grip2 fork, Float X Factory shock and remote dropper post all help ensure you’re in full control, no matter how rowdy things get.

These are the defining qualities of the new Stereo Hybrid ONE55 C:68X, which makes use of up to six different fibre types to meet the specific demands of each part of the frame. The result is a chassis that’s the lightest e-mtb intube frame CUBE has ever built – up to 20% lighter compared to the Stereo Hybrid 140 frame – combined with best-ever stiffness and, as you’d expect, a superior ride. An adjustable head angle and longer reach contribute to handling that more confident riders will love, serving up a cut-and-paste feel that enables tricky line choices even at speed thanks to 150mm of progressive rear wheel travel. Full internal cable routing reduces clutter and maintenance, and Bosch’s new controller is neatly housed inside the top tube and can be controlled via Bluetooth from the optional remote. It’s the complete package.

Technologies

Efficient Trail Control
CUBE’s Efficient Trail Control series works in the background so that everyone can have more fun on the trail. A low leverage ratio and linear compression rate are the technical way of saying that these bikes are very sensitive to trail obstacles, whilst remaining insensitive to pedal-induced bob and giving a full range of travel.

Advanced Twin Mold
With the Advanced Twin Mold process CUBE use two precisely manufactured forms for their C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.

Agile Trail Geometry
Agile Trail Geometry is a development of the popular and well received Agile Ride Geometry, with a focus on riders who enjoy pushing their limits on the trails. By lowering standover height and allowing more room for the rider to move around over the bike, CUBE has created a setup that rewards adventurous line choices. Fully Integrated Battery
The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch’s battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike’s downtube. C:68X® Carbon Fiber Technology
Combining all our expertise from carbon frame building into the ultimate material, C:68X® carbon uses the optimum blend of fibre and nano particle-infused resin. Precision Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing means Cube can avoid bonded sleeves or inserts, too. It’s the new benchmark for light, stiff and strong.

Advanced Internal Cable Routing
Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? CUBE came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

Modular Battery System
